Essential oils for Anxiety


The following oils are few of the variety of essential oils one can use to treat effectively anxiety and panic attacks.

One can also create a blend by adding different oils( blend) to make it more specified to treat their symptoms according to their needs in that particular moment of the day.




When buying essential oils always go for good quality oils and certified brands if you want to obtain the full benefits.

Essential oils can be used in several ways. The most common being inhalation. This can be done in different ways for example by diffusing the oils in the #diffuser, putting some drops on a cotton ball / tissue, putting the blend in your palms and #inhale it directly, making your own inhalers which can be purchased online for good cheap prices, putting some drops in tha bath tub and while #soaking in inhale the fumes .


#Essentialoils can also be used in other various ways.
